for your first visit

we are excited to welcome you to our space & thank you for visiting with one of our artists!

here is a quick run down of our policies. please read over them to assure that your visit goes smoothly. having to reschedule, due to not complying with policy, will result in a no show fee.

extra guests:

we ask that you do not bring extra family/friends, that do not have a service scheduled for themselves, into the building. we do not allow children to be brought along for parent’s services. we have a busy atmosphere & try our best to keep things comfortable for our guests. we have limited waiting space available & need to reserve that for guests with appointments.

service dogs:

the texas department of licensing & regulation allows trained service dogs into salons. emotional support animals (E.s.A) are not included under that banner.

we are happy to welcome in a service animal, who is trained to perform tasks that assists their owner. the state defines those parameters as follows:

.psychiatric service animal trained to react for emotional disability that prevent owners from performing life tasks

unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate emotional support animals.

cancellation policy

please contact us with a 24 hr notice for cancellation or reschedule of haircut appointments. failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee (50% of service)

color services require a 48 hour notice for cancellation or reschedule. failure to so so will result in a late cancellation fee (50% of service)

same day cancellations & no shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.

These policies are in place to protect the livelihoods of our artists & are not dependent on situation. we are grateful to have you as a guest & hope you can understand why these protections are necessary for independent artists!

exchanges and refunds

All services performed are non refundable. The artists in our collective will gladly adjust any service, within reason. Please contact your artist within 7 days of your service if you have any concerns.

all product purchases are final unless defective. we will absolutely exchange any product with defective packaging, as long as it was purchased from us.
